I’m building an online marketplace focused on buying and selling property, and the heart of the product is an immersive 3D map that lets users explore listings in a city-scale environment. Every listing should appear as a geolocated object that the user can click to open full details, photos, videos, floor-plans, and any attached documents. Alongside the map experience I also need a full user system: sign-up / log-in (email and social), profile management, saved searches, and dashboard analytics for both agents and private sellers. Key parts of the build • 3D map layer capable of smooth zoom, tilt, and building extrusion––think Mapbox GL, Cesium, or a comparable WebGL approach. • Secure authentication and role-based access so that buyers, sellers, and admins each see the right UI. • Listing manager where sellers can add, edit, and promote properties, including media uploads. • Search & filter with real-time results on the map and as a list view. • Clean, mobile-first front-end that keeps frame rates high even on low-power devices. I value proven experience above all else, so please highlight projects where you integrated 3D mapping, WebGL, or complex GIS data in a consumer-facing app. I’m flexible on tools and timelines—the marketplace must be robust and scalable, and I prefer taking the time to do it right rather than rushing. Let me know which stack you recommend, why it suits heavy 3D workloads, and how you’d stage development (e.g., milestones for map MVP, auth, listing engine, polish).
