I am looking for a skilled architect/designer to create detailed 3D drawings and renderings for my house, as well as visualizations of planned renovations and upgrades. Task 1: Existing House Create accurate 3D drawings and renderings of the house as it currently is Include both exterior and interior views The model should reflect real dimensions, layout, and terrain Task 2: Proposed Changes & Renovations Please create updated drawings/renderings that include the following changes: Level and straighten the entire lawn area Remove the flowerbed completely and excavate the soil Excavate down to the basement wall and add: -A new door -Large windows for more natural light Build a larger veranda/terrace Install a large glass door connecting the house to the veranda (see PPT) Deliverables (including 2 reviews High-quality 3D renderings (before and after) Updated plans showing all changes Clear visualization of materials and layout Optional: simple walkthrough or multiple viewing angles Additional Notes Focus on clean, modern, and realistic presentation Good communication and ability to suggest improvements is a plus
