I am launching a premium trading card accessory brand called Newgate Forge and am seeking a skilled 3D CAD designer to develop a production-ready STL model for our first product: the Holy V1 ornate sliding deck box. This is a commercial project and will serve as the mechanical foundation for future themed variants (Fire, Earth, Electronic editions). The model must be engineered for real-world use, not just visual rendering. The deck box must securely hold sleeved trading cards sized 63mm x 88mm (approximately 100 double-sleeved cards). It must feature a functional sliding lid system with properly designed rails/wings that slide smoothly within channels built into the box body. The lid should be secure when closed but removable when fully extended. Internal walls must be smooth and structured to allow optional felt lining in future versions. The overall design should be optimized for FDM printing with clean, manifold geometry and practical tolerances. Aesthetically, the Holy V1 features a square profile with flat top corners, enlarged ornate engraved accents, and a prominent circular sun emblem on the lid, with matching side accents. Decorative elements should be modeled cleanly, ideally as separate bodies where appropriate to allow multi-material printing. Deliverables must include separate STL files for the box body and lid, as well as the editable source CAD file (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar). Tolerance and assembly notes are expected. This is a commercial work-for-hire project. Full commercial rights and IP ownership must transfer upon payment. Pricing will be discussed based on experience and scope.
