Project Description: We are looking for a skilled interior designer/freelancer to help redesign and renovate our 3BHK apartment interiors. Scope of work: The freelancer is expected to handle the following: 1. Create detailed 3D models for the full 3BHK flat based on provided 2D drawings. 2. Model all key spaces included in the flat, such as living room cum dining, pooja room, kitchen and bedrooms 3. Incorporate furniture, TV units, cabinetry, wardrobes, false ceiling concepts, lighting fixtures, wall treatments, and major decor elements as per design intent. 4. Follow the provided mood boards, references, and material/style direction. 5. Produce photorealistic interior renders for each important space. 6. Revise the model and renders based on feedback for a limited number of revision rounds. 7. Prepare final printable files suitable for client presentation and design review. Inputs that will be provided: The following will be shared with the freelancer: 1. 2D drawings of the flat 2. Mood boards for design direction 3. Room-wise design intent where available 4. Material or finish references where available 5. Furniture preferences or examples where available 6. Any dimensions and site photos if available later Deliverables required: Please include all of the following in the final delivery: 1. Complete 3D model of the flat 2. Room-wise rendered views 3. Multiple camera angles for major spaces 4. High-resolution photorealistic JPEG or PNG renders 5. Source file of the 3D model in the software used 6. Editable working files for future changes 7. Printable presentation files in PDF format Quality expectations: The freelancer should have experience in: 1. Interior 3D modeling 2. Photorealistic rendering 3. Good understanding of materials, lighting, and furniture detailing 4. Ability to match mood boards and design style references 5. Clean composition, realistic textures, and balanced lighting in renders Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) - Strong portfolio showcasing modern residential designs - Creativity and attention to detail Please provide samples of previous work and an estimated timeline for completion.
