I need a polished, production-ready mobile application that lets customers order mobile and electronic accessories and receive them within 30 minutes. The app must launch on both iOS and Android from day one, so I am open to either a true native build or a robust cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—as long as the final experience feels fully native to users. Core user flow A customer opens the app, browses our accessory catalogue, checks out with their preferred payment method, then watches the courier’s live location as the order makes its way to their door. After delivery, the customer can rate both the product and the service. Essential features to include • Real-time order tracking that updates every few seconds without draining battery. • In-app payments supporting cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any standard local gateways. • Post-delivery customer reviews and star ratings that feed into an overall seller score. Delivery logistics All fulfilment will be handled by my own in-house courier team, so the system must: • Automatically assign new orders to available drivers based on proximity and capacity. • Allow dispatchers to override assignments from a simple web console. • Push live status updates to both the customer app and a lightweight driver companion app or driver web view. Admin needs I will require a basic back-office portal to manage inventory, pricing, promotions, driver rosters, and analytics. If you already have a modular admin template that can be skinned to our brand, mention it; otherwise, include time for custom UI. Acceptance criteria 1. iOS and Android builds approved for TestFlight / internal track. 2. End-to-end order placed, paid, assigned, delivered, and rated without crashes. 3. Tracking latency under five seconds on standard 4G. 4. Clean, well-commented code handed over in a private Git repository.
