Scope of work • One realistic, fully furnished top-view plan for each floor—textures, subtle shadows, and correct scale must match the original drawings exactly. • Two to three high-quality interior renderings that spotlight the living room and master bedroom. The look should be modern, with balanced daylight and evening ambience so the images feel warm and welcoming. Key requirements • Adhere to every dimension on the source plans; no walls shifted or resized. • High-resolution output suitable for web listings and large print brochures. • Realistic materials, reflections, and lighting; please avoid anything that feels cartoon-like. • You are free to work in SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or a comparable industry tool—just export the final files in common formats (JPG/PNG for marketing, plus the editable scene files for my archive). Delivery expectations 1. Draft top-view plan for approval (low-res watermark fine). 2. First pass of both room renders for feedback on furniture style, color palette, and lighting mood. 3.
