I want to recreate the “call-in-15-minutes” magic of apps like Urban Company and Blinkit, but under one roof. The project has three clear components and I need them to work together seamlessly from day one. Customer App • The only goal here is speed: within a few taps a user should be able to book a service and instantly see an ETA that never exceeds 15 minutes. Real-time status updates, secure in-app payments and a quick rating screen after the job are also required, but booking comes first. Worker App • Service partners need a lightweight tool to accept or decline incoming jobs, navigate to the customer, and mark tasks complete so payments can flow automatically. The design should keep distractions to a minimum so that accepting a booking and heading out happens in seconds. Admin Panel • I must be able to see live bookings, active workers, payments, disputes and simple analytics from a single web dashboard. Role-based access (support, finance, ops) and the ability to push notifications or promotions to customers and workers are essential. Tech notes I’m open to the stack you prefer—Flutter, React Native, or pure native builds—as long as iOS, Android and web all launch together and share a common backend. Highlight which third-party services (maps, payments, SMS) you would integrate so I can keep licensing costs predictable. Deliverables 1.
