Project: 12 AI Automations (n8n) General Objective Develop 12 modular n8n workflows (“AI Agents”) that automate core business operations using AI, APIs, and multi-channel communication (WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail/IMAP-SMTP, etc.). Each module must be independent, easily cloned, and fully documented. Global standards Architecture & Standards • Platform: n8n (self-hosted, Docker + Traefik) • LLM: OpenRouter (preferred) or OpenAI API • CRM: Pipedrive + HubSpot (toggle or dual-write) • Calendar: Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly • Email: Gmail API + SMTP fallback (both required) • Forms: Typeform • Payments: Stripe (in Smart Agenda) • Chat: WhatsApp Cloud API + Telegram Bot API • Voice: VAPI / Telnyx (Smart Call only) • Storage: Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion (optional) • Dashboards: Google Data Studio / Looker Studio embed • Security: GDPR compliant; PII masked; deletion endpoint • Config: .env file with all tokens and API keys • Delivery: One n8n workflow per Agent + shared subflows (llm_call, send_message, error_handler, logger, auth) • All workflows must support multi-language (EN/ES) via env variable.
