The core flow is simple to describe but touches several systems: • When a contact opts in or buys through Systeme.io, Zoho Flow should push the data straight into Zoho CRM, placing the record in the correct Sales pipeline stage. • Every subsequent stage change in Zoho CRM must be mirrored instantly to a shared Google Sheet so I can read the pipeline at a glance and run my own formulas. • At the same moment a stage changes, a personalised message—pulled from field data—should be sent through the WhatsApp Business API to keep the prospect engaged. Sales tracking is the single goal, and the metric I care about is an always-accurate picture of each deal’s current pipeline stage.
