I recently rolled out Zoho One and now need an expert who can fine-tune the way our sales and delivery teams work inside two key apps—Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects. In Zoho CRM I want every stage of Lead Management and the Sales Pipeline to feel tailor-made for us: custom fields that speak our language, Blueprints that stop deals from falling through the cracks, and real-time Reports & Dashboards that let me spot bottlenecks at a glance. Once a deal closes, Zoho Projects should pick up the baton automatically. I need Task Management that auto-generates the right tasks and subtasks from custom Project Templates, plus Time Tracking that’s simple for the team yet detailed enough for client billing. The hand-off between CRM and Projects has to be instant and seamless.
