I need an expert who can connect our existing Zoho CRM to WhatsApp Business so the system actively drives our sales process. My primary goals are: • Create and verify a Facebook Business Account (we don’t have one yet). • Guide us through the WhatsApp Business API application, number verification, and approval. • Configure the Zoho–WhatsApp bridge so every chat is logged in the relevant lead or contact record. • Automate lead-generation and follow-up sequences inside Zoho (workflow rules, templates, notifications). • Provide a short hand-off session so the sales team knows how to use the new messaging channel. I already use Zoho CRM daily, but I’m new to the Meta/WhatsApp side, so clear, step-by-step direction is important. Once the integration is live I’ll test by sending and receiving messages, checking that they appear in Zoho, and confirming that automated follow-up tasks fire correctly.
