I need a working bridge between Zoho CRM and SignalWire that lets every record in my Leads, Contacts, Deals and a few custom modules receive timed text messages without triggering carrier spam filters (i don't know if number rotation will prevent this anyways, but i want text sent every 5 to 10 sec i guess?) I also want the system to pull in a fresh sending number—ideally one per day—and choose it by region when that matters for the module the record sits in. Then keep the number then cancel the number automatically before the next billing cycle so i am only charged for 1 month. Each module will use its own script; I’ll share the full copy and follow-up sequence after we start. When someone replies, their SMS must forward straight to my VA (to email or to txt, there just has to be a way where my VA can get notification to reply). If the reply contains opt-out language (“not interested”, “stop”, etc.) the workflow should update the record’s status in Zoho, mark them as opted out, and halt future texts (also if text is sent it should also update status). If there’s silence, the sequence simply moves to the next follow-up according to the cadence. SignalWire is my first choice because of price, but if you can hit the same goals more reliably with another low-cost provider, I’m willing to listen (but cost must be lower or comparable to signal wire). Deliverables I’ll look for: • Custom Zoho Deluge / API functions (or Flow blueprint) that trigger texts, manage the 10-20 second throttle (again, I want your opinion on throttle , rotate numbers, and sync opt-outs. • SignalWire (or alternative) configuration with automatic number purchasing and regional matching. • Reply-handling webhook that forwards inbound SMS to my VA’s email or preferred channel and flags Zoho accordingly (i believe this is native to signal wire) • Brief hand-off doc or video so my team can adjust scripts and cadence later. I also see that signal wire has ai agent function, so we may integrate that as well. Let me know if you’ve tackled similar carrier-compliance challenges and what tech stack you prefer so we can move quickly.
