I run a healthcare business in India and need someone who can take our scattered data, basic pixel installation and half-done lead forms and turn them into a tightly connected system. Your job is to stand up a fresh Zoho CRM instance, link every new enquiry from Google and Meta to the right contact record, and push reliable, server-side conversion signals back to both ad platforms so optimisation actually works. Here is what success looks like for me: • Zoho CRM is live with customised fields for healthcare enquiries, automated lead assignment and simple dashboards my team can understand at a glance. • Google Ads and Meta Ads each receive verified conversion events through their respective Conversion APIs, matched to the same lead IDs held in Zoho, so we can track booked appointments, enquiry calls and form fills all the way to revenue. • Two short training sessions (recorded) leave my staff confident to run day-to-day tasks—adding users, pulling reports, troubleshooting attribution—without needing an ongoing retainer. I will provide existing ad account access, our current pixel/gtag snippets and any domain credentials you require. Please outline the steps you will follow, the tools or middleware you prefer (Zapier, Zoho Flow, Server-Side GTM, etc.) and the estimated timeframe.
