We are an Australian finance business looking for an experienced Zoho CRM developer to execute a structured rebuild of our partially-developed CRM. This is an execution-focused role. The architecture, modules, and workflows are already fully specified. We need a skilled operator who can follow detailed written instructions precisely and deliver clean, production-ready work. We are NOT looking for a consultant or strategic partner. Scope of Work • Rebuild the Standard Lead module • Build a custom Calculator module • Build a custom Commercial Applications module • Build a custom Residential Applications module • Build a Partnership module • Configure and refine the existing Commercial Deals pipeline • Build a new Partnership pipeline • Map website form inputs into the CRM structure (webhook / API) • Build and configure a Client Access Portal • Build and configure a Partner Access Portal, with deal tracking visibility • Implement secure document upload functionality in both portals • Implement a small number of practical, production-ready workflows What You'll Receive from Us • A complete written specification (modules, fields, relationships, pipelines, workflow logic) • Access to the existing partial Zoho build • Sample data and example application records • A nominated single point of contact for questions • Prompt feedback on delivered milestones Required Experience • Strong, demonstrable Zoho CRM experience (show us previous builds) • Custom module development with complex field relationships • Zoho Deluge scripting for workflows • Portal / Client Portal configuration • Experience picking up existing / partially-built Zoho environments • Clear written English and responsive communication Engagement Model • Fixed-price contract with milestone-based payments • Indicative budget: USD $1,500 total across all milestones (see milestone breakdown in our reply once you pass the screening questions) • Flexible deadline — milestone-based rather than calendar-based, but we expect the full build to be completed within 4–6 working weeks once started • Paid via platform escrow only.
