I need a custom Zoho Creator application that centralises our daily sales figures, cash-book activity and purchase or expense entries from several branches, all in real time. Each location will have multiple users, so the build must respect role-based permissions while still letting management see consolidated data company-wide. It’s a seed processing unit so lot wise management has to be done along with crop field tracking which is referenced with seed issued farmer. So location of field variety etc has to be recorded , field for approval to quality concern. Core workflow: • Staff at any branch enter sales, cash in/out and purchase details through simple mobile-friendly forms. • Submissions automatically tag the user’s location and flow to the correct approval path—debit approvals for cash-book adjustments and a separate purchase approval that is triggered only after goods or services are received. • Once approved, records become read-only and feed dashboards that track branch performance, cash position and outstanding requests. Required features are multi-location support, multi-user access and the two approval processes above. Standard Zoho Creator tools (Forms, Workflows, Deluge scripting, Pages) should be used so we can maintain the app in-house later; please comment your code and supply a short hand-over video or document. Deliverables: - Fully functional Zoho Creator app deployed to our account - Configured roles, permissions and approval rules - At least three summary reports/dashboards (sales, purchase(raw material), Purchase bills(consumables and many such which are exp or fixed head) cash-book, expenses) day-wise, month wise and yearly - Handover guide and one live walk-through session -Daily material processing and dispatch The project ends when I can enter sample data from two branches, run it through the approvals and download a consolidated report without errors.
