I need xactimate writers. I own a xactimate writing service in the USA and my business model for scope writing is assembly line format. Meaning as soon as insurance claim comes in, i send it to a level one writer who will look at photos of the loss, apply the correct macros (ceiling, walls, floor, cabinets, etc) to each room, they would then pass the claim to a more experiences writer at level 2 would compare the photos to the macro lines and remove ONLY the lines that don't apply, leaving everything else. That person would then forward the claim to another writer. The level 3 writer would put in the exact measurements, clean up the file and send it back to me for quality control and submission to the carrier. Right now i am hiring for the level 2 writer. This job is steady and needed on a weekly basis as claims come in. each project has a 15 minute time limit to remove unnecessary line items. That does not mean you have to give it back to me within 15 minutes of receiving the file. It just means it should require no more than 15 minutes estimating time to do your part.
