I’m running my site on the Worksuite theme (all official modules already installed) and now need it to work more like ShiftCare from a functionality standpoint. The visual styling can stay exactly as it is, so the entire focus is on back-end logic and UI flow rather than re-skin work. Here’s what has to be added or extended: • Client management – refined profiles, notes, and document storage similar to ShiftCare’s client hub, all manageable by Admin and visible to assigned Staff. • Scheduling – drag-and-drop or calendar-based rostering that lets Admin create shifts, assign Staff, and allow Clients to view their upcoming services in their own portal. • Invoicing – automatic invoice generation from completed shifts with tax and discount rules, export to PDF and CSV, and status tracking (draft, sent, paid). User roles are fixed to Admin, Client and Staff, so permissions must align with those three only. Acceptance criteria 1. Each feature above is accessible through Worksuite’s native navigation without breaking existing pages. 2. Role-based access is correctly enforced and tested for all edge cases. 3. Invoices export cleanly and match ShiftCare’s basic layout. 4. All code additions are documented and delivered in a separate plugin or clearly commented for future updates.
