I already have WordPress installed with the theme of my choice, but it still looks and behaves like the stock demo. I need you to turn it into a fully-functional replica (and eventual upgrade) of my current static HTML site. Here is what I know I will need: • Layout changes – in particular the header and footer structure as well as several page templates that match the existing site’s flow. • New functionalities – anything the old HTML pages handled with hard-coded scripts will have to become WordPress-friendly (plugins, custom post types, blocks or shortcodes; recommend the cleanest route). • Design adjustments – colours, typography and spacing must mirror the original look while taking advantage of the theme’s responsive options. All content from the static site will be provided, along with the theme files and access to the WP admin panel. I expect clean, well-commented code, no direct edits to core theme files, and a child theme for any PHP, CSS or JS you add. Please outline the milestones you would follow for migration, customisation and final hand-off, and let me know what information or assets you’ll need from me to get started.
