The frontend form must collect: first name, last name, phone, email, a selectable list of products, a delivery / pickup option with calendar date, and an open notes field. After submission, the visitor sees an on-screen quote summarising each chosen product with price and any other stored details. On the back-end I want a dedicated Products area where I can import a CSV and have every line become a product record that can later be edited individually. The system should comfortably handle any number of items, from a handful to several hundred, without performance issues.
