I want to rebuild our training company’s website in WordPress using Divi 5. The current site is controlled by an external agency, so I will share the URL privately and we will start from a clean install, recreating the structure but rewriting every piece of copy to avoid duplicate-content issues. Goal and content My main aim is to showcase our training programs clearly. Each course needs to appear in a simple list view that visitors can scan quickly. If you click on he course you see more details. The customer should be able to search for courses and content. The site must run in German and English. The original texts should be rewriten with ai-tools. Course management Inside the backend I need an interface where my team can add, edit or bulk-upload courses. The ideal flow is: fill in or upload an Excel sheet that already contains course title, description, type (live online, in-person, on-demand), dates and prices, then have those details publish automatically on the front end. No one on my staff should need to touch code to create a new course. Design & performance Visually I’m after a clean, modern design that freshens up our current branding with better typography, balanced white space and high-quality images. Page speed matters—please keep Core Web Vitals in the green and install only what is strictly necessary. Basic on-page SEO (correct headings, meta, schema for training events, XML sitemap) should be set up from the start. What I expect delivered • A WordPress install running Divi 5 with a lightweight child theme • Rewritten homepage and core pages in both languages • Fully functional course module with Excel import/export and public list display • Clear video or PDF documentation showing my team how to add courses and manage content • Final deployment on our host plus a quick performance and SEO check Let me know your proposed milestones, any plugin recommendations for the Excel link, and what assets you need from my side to get started. And how quickly the project could be implemented, or how quickly one could see the first prototype.
