I’m putting together a full design for a backyard deck built in wood and protected by a solid roof. What I need from you is a build-ready design. I have a contractor who can look at a design and figure out everything else. I don't need full-blown plans, just the design. Key elements to incorporate I want the gazebo to nestle in the area next to the garage- not attached to the garage. Possibly wrap around the tree and be covered on one side and open on other side. I will be pruning the tree so the gazebo can fit accordingly. I dont know for sure if I want it to wrap around the tree. I need the area large enough to have room for a large sofa and two large chairs- all wicker. Also some flower pots. This tree drops a lot of berries and this is my concern as to why I want it covered. I have included a photo of a gazebo I saw online and liked the style. • Covering: a solid roof that integrates cleanly with the house and garage fascia and carries proper drainage. • Comfort feature: please allow for a ceiling fan in the roof layout, including wiring path and mounting point.
