Configure SMTP (e.g., FluentSMTP) for deliverability. 2. Implement automations with MailPoet (free) or AutomateWoo (paid—justify your choice): * Review request: trigger “Completed”, delay 2–3 days, link to Reviews page. * Credentials delivery (Accounts only): 2.1 Add order meta box (username/password/login URL) on Order Edit. 2.2 Insert credentials in Customer Completed Order email, and display them only when status is Completed on Thank-you/View Order. 2.3 (Optional security mode: don’t email passwords; show only on pages behind account access.) * Abandoned/Unpaid for registered users: 2–3 emails (e.g., 30 min, 4 hr, 24 hr) with Resume Checkout link; optional coupon on last reminder. * Coins guest case: 2.4 If the store truly doesn’t capture email for Coins, add required WhatsApp/phone field (category-based), or 2.5 Add a WhatsApp CTA on the Thank-you page for Coins orders to message support with order number. 3. All flows tested on staging and then deployed to live. Acceptance Criteria 1. Emails render correctly and send reliably; landing in Inbox in tests. 2. Review request sends on delay after Completed. 3. Credentials are stored once per order and exposed only when Completed (email + Thank-you/View Order), hidden otherwise. 4. Abandoned/Unpaid flow triggers for registered users who abandon checkout. 5. Coins guest scenario handled via contact field and/or WhatsApp CTA. 6. Clear, editable templates and simple instructions for the store owner. Deliverables 1. Configured automations and email templates (with logo/colors). 2. Order meta box for credentials + email/thank-you/view-order integrations. 3. Abandoned/Unpaid sequence active (with recommended cadence). 4. If used: Checkout field for Coins or Thank-you WhatsApp CTA. 5. Short admin guide: where to edit timings, templates, credentials fields, and how to toggle flows.
