Weekly Customer Data Entry

Customer: AI | Published: 24.12.2025

Each week I generate a fresh batch of customer information that must be transferred from online forms into our internal Excel-driven database. I’m looking for someone who types quickly, double-checks their work, and keeps formatting consistent so that our marketing and support teams can rely on spotless records. Here’s what the job looks like in practice: • Receive a file (CSV or web export) every Friday. • Enter or update roughly 500–700 customer rows in Excel, matching our existing column structure and data-validation rules. • Flag duplicates or questionable entries for my review, rather than guessing. • Return the completed workbook no later than Monday, leaving built-in formulas and pivot tables intact. If you’re already comfortable working in Excel—sorting, filtering, using simple functions, and protecting sheets—you’ll fit right in. Familiarity with Google Sheets is a welcome bonus, but not required. You won’t be touching financial records or inventory data; accuracy here is all about names, addresses, phone numbers, and email fields. Deliverables are accepted when: • All mandatory columns are filled and correctly formatted. • Error rate (typos, misalignments) is effectively zero after my spot-check. • The file is delivered on schedule and ready for direct upload to our CRM. Consistent quality will turn this into an ongoing engagement, so let’s start strong and build trust from Week 1.
