Its core job is to answer FAQs, handle general queries, guide visitors with clear call-to-action prompts, and apply rate-limiting so the system is never overwhelmed. The bot should also be ready to deal with simple billing-related questions and any other items outlined in the full feature document I’ll share after kickoff.
