Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain our WordPress website Fix bugs, broken layouts, and UI/UX inconsistencies, other Improve website speed and performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, image optimization, etc.) Implement technical SEO (schema, internal linking, metadata, indexing fixes) Create and optimize service pages and location pages Ensure all forms, tracking, and integrations (Calendly, CRM, etc.) are working properly Perform regular backups, updates, and security checks Coordinate during migrations, DNS updates, and hosting changes Mobile speeds , Desktops speeds testing daily, Scope & Time Commitment Ongoing role: 8–12 hours per week Long-term engagement (6+ months) Occasional higher hours during migrations or major updates.
