I need a single, fully connected system that lets my kitchen run from one screen—whether that screen is a browser in the office or an Android phone in the prep area. The project covers the entire journey from the moment a customer places an item in the shopping cart to the moment that dish reaches the pass, so both the web-based dashboard and the Android app must stay in sync at all times. Key workflow requirements • Inventory management that automatically updates stock levels as orders are confirmed and ingredients are consumed • Order processing that captures tickets from the shopping cart, routes them to the correct station, and moves them through every prep step until service • Staff management to assign tasks, track performance, and control role-based permissions Interface expectations • A responsive web dashboard for managers and kitchen staff to see live order queues, stock alerts, and performance metrics • An Android app that mirrors the critical dashboard features, works offline when connectivity drops, and pushes updates the moment the connection is restored Back-end integration The back end must expose secured APIs that tie directly into the existing shopping cart so orders flow in without manual entry. A single database (SQL or NoSQL is fine so long as it scales) should power both the dashboard and the app, ensuring real-time data consistency. Deliverables 1. Web dashboard source code and a deployment script (Docker/Kubernetes acceptable) 2. Android app (APK plus full source) ready for Play Store submission 3. Back-end code, database schema, and API documentation 4.
