You should be equally comfortable working with Angular on the frontend and Django on the backend. You’ll be working inside an existing production codebase—fixing bugs, enhancing current features, and helping architect brand-new services from the ground up. If you thrive shifting between maintenance work and green-field development, you’ll be a great fit. You’ll collaborate closely with me in a fast-paced, iterative environment: pushing updates through Git, discussing tasks in real time, and delivering clean, well-documented commits. Clear, responsive communication during U.S. business hours is essential to keep feedback loops efficient and the project moving quickly. Responsibilities / Deliverables • Resolve existing issues and implement new features in our Angular + Django application • Architect, build, and document new modules or microservices as product needs evolve • Maintain readable, testable, production-ready code submitted through structured pull requests • Communicate effectively and collaborate in real time on task updates and technical decisions What We’re Looking For • Solid production experience with both Angular and Django • Strong understanding of full-cycle development—from planning to release • Ability to work independently while communicating proactively • Experience maintaining and extending existing systems + shipping green-field features If you have proven full-stack experience across Angular and Django and can show past ownership of end-to-end projects, we’d love to hear from you and explore how you can help us scale this product and its upcoming spin-offs.
