Executive Summary (1 page) o Top 5 quick wins (low effort, high impact) 2. Annotated Screenshots (PDF) o Highlight issues + suggested fixes 3. Implementation Notes (Markdown) o Simple steps for dev team (tokens, wrappers, SVG handling) 4.
