This is a legit subcontracting collaboration, and NOT anything shady. Just a simple two-person team: 1. Your Role (Client-Facing Lead): - Attend client interviews - Speak confidently about technical topics - Handle project onboarding, communication, and updates - Represent our “team” to the client (Coding optional — only if you want) 2. My Role (Engineering Lead): - Handle all development work - Build the product end-to-end - Deliver features, fixes, documentation, etc. - Give you the technical information for client calls 3. Compensation: - You earn $100/hr as long as the contract stays active - Paid consistently - No heavy coding required - Very low time commitment (mostly meetings + messaging) 4.
