Requirements: Strong experience in Flutter & Dart Core deliverables • Multicity an multistate, Profile Photo, Package, and some other task • Profile builder with multiple photo uploads, partner-preference fields, and location tags (state / city) • Matchmaking algorithm that surfaces compatible profiles and updates daily • Real-time chat with separate sent and received tabs, basic inbox status, and push notifications • Lightweight admin panel or simple Firebase console setup so I can moderate profiles Strong experience in Flutter & Dart Able to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines Prior experience with API integration and debugging Good understanding of UI/UX implementation Acceptance criteria 1. Android and iOS builds running on physical devices/emulators without crashes. 2. All listed features demonstrably working. 3.
