You will guide me through creating a brand-new AWS account (I have no credentials yet) and pick the most sensible region, then containerise or otherwise package the code and deploy it. The stack already mixes Python and a little PHP; you are free to stabilise it in either MySQL or PostgreSQL once it’s hosted. Key objectives • Move the scraper to AWS, set up scheduling and logging so it restarts automatically and nothing is ever lost. • Keep Shopify perfectly synced with Flannels, polling as frequently as needed. • Enforce the matching-sets rule: if one piece in a set leaves Flannels, both pieces must instantly disappear from Shopify. • Build Gmail automation that emails four daily reports—inventory-sync status, error logs, sales performance, and deeper inventory insights (margins, demand, pricing, cross-platform comparisons). • Hand over clear documentation and a short screen-recorded walkthrough so I can maintain or extend the system without you. Acceptance criteria 1. Scraper runs unattended in the new AWS account from boot onward. 2. Stock never drifts for more than one polling cycle. 3. Matching-sets rule passes a live test. 4. All four Gmail reports arrive on schedule with correct data. 5. Documentation and video fully explain setup, usage, and recovery.
