Urban company Service App & Website

I am ready to commission an end-to-end build of a service-booking platform that works much like Urban Company or Uber. The mobile side has to launch on both iOS and Android, so cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native are perfectly acceptable, as long as the final apps feel completely native. Core features are already clear in my mind: users must be able to search for providers, lock in a time slot, and pay—all inside the app. Real-time driver or technician tracking (think live map updates) is non-negotiable, so you should be confident working with location services, socket connections or Firebase streams. A secure payment gateway—Stripe or Razorpay are fine—needs to be wired up from day one. Alongside the apps, I need a modern website. I have not yet decided whether we start entirely from scratch or refresh an existing layout; I’m open to your advice after you see the brand guidelines. Either way, consistency in UX and visual language between web and mobile is a must. Deliverables: • Fully functional iOS and Android apps with booking, tracking, and integrated payments • Admin and provider dashboards (web or embedded) to manage listings, schedules, and payouts • Responsive marketing site that mirrors the app experience • Clean, well-documented code repositories and brief hand-over training Acceptance criteria will be a successful end-to-end test where a user books a service, watches the provider approach on the map, and completes payment without a hitch. If you have shipped similar marketplace or on-demand products before, I’d love to see them.
