The core structure is in place, but several modules and a fresh interface are missing. My top priority is a modern, responsive UI—think clean dashboards, intuitive workflows, and a consistent design system that feels at home on both desktop and mobile. The new build must also incorporate these functional add-ons: • Appointment scheduling • Billing & invoicing • Patient communication tools • SMS / WhatsApp messaging bridge • UPI payment gateway connection • AI-powered chatbot for quick triage and FAQs While backend integration and security are already in decent shape, I’m open to recommendations if you spot gaps during development.
