I need a real-time architectural walkthrough built completely in Unity. The priority is 3D visualization, so you will start by designing the actual building models from scratch—there are no ready-made plans for you to import. Once the geometry, materials, and lighting are in place, I want an optimized Unity scene that I can compile and run on desktop and VR without frame-rate drops. You’ll receive a short brief with room dimensions, style references, and functional requirements; from that you will create the full set of meshes, textures, and prefabs, then set up lighting, post-processing, and basic user navigation inside Unity 2022 LTS (or later). If your workflow relies on Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp before export, that’s fine, but the final hand-off must sit cleanly inside a Unity project. Deliverables • Custom architectural models (FBX or native Unity prefabs) • Complete Unity project folder with scenes, materials, scripts, and lighting settings • A build guide or brief read-me so I can open, edit, and compile the project myself The door is open for future AI-driven or mathematical features, yet for this first milestone I’m only measuring success by the visual fidelity, file organization, and performance of the finished Unity scene.
