We are seeking a skilled UK or US-based content writer who is passionate about tech, gadgets, software, etc, and can help our team by writing a minimum of 5000 words per week across various tech-related projects, starting with articles (how to's/quick fixes/reviews). Titles would be similar to: How to Add a Drop-Down List in Word How to Add Quick Parts in Outlook How to Get Gmail on Apple Watch Starting budget is $250 total for 20 articles of 500+ words. For most articles we'll require original screenshots (3-10 per article that requires them), which means you must be willing and able to review apps/software properly. We have someone on our end who reviews images, blurs personal data, and adds arrows etc. to images/screenshots you provide. The ideal candidate will be able to create reviews that go further than surface level content by utilizing his/her own knowledge and creative mind, e.g. by giving samples and opinions on the quality/usability of specific features of products/software. We don't want AI-generated content. We check for it and any content that doesn't pass originality.ai is declined. Also, rewriting/adjusting AI-generated content to make it pass is easily picked up on by our editors and will again lead to not commissioning you any longer. We'd need you to sign an NDA before we start and we'd start slow with a couple of articles. This is an ongoing project and we are looking for someone who can consistently deliver high-quality articles and other forms of content on time.
