PROJECT OVERVIEW WordPress website built with Elementor. (See attached URL with VISUALS) Looking for a freelancer to make focused UI, layout, and behavior improvements. No redesign and no new content required. Work is limited to spacing, responsiveness, visual consistency, and navigation behavior. ================================================== HOMEPAGE EDITS Scope applies to Homepage only. Pill buttons must be updated so there are four total category buttons. Each button must have a fixed width of 110px. Lip Care must appear first, followed by the remaining categories in their existing order. All four buttons must be visually identical in size and alignment. Each pill button must contain one fixed PNG image. The PNG must be centered horizontally and vertically inside the button. Images must not stretch or distort. Spacing, padding, and margins must be adjusted to closely match the provided reference screenshot. This includes spacing above and below the pill button section and alignment relative to footer images. The goal is clean, balanced spacing. Click behavior must be changed for the Homepage only. Clicking a pill button must route directly to the corresponding Product Category page. No modal behavior, filtering, or anchor scrolling. ================================================== PRODUCT CATEGORY PAGE ADJUSTMENTS Applies when a user clicks a category such as Lip Care. Product images must display in their true aspect ratio with no distortion. The product grid must be responsive and limited to a maximum of three columns on desktop. Prices must be removed entirely from the Product Category view. Action buttons for each product must be center-aligned and consistent across all products. ================================================== HOMEPAGE SLIDER BEHAVIOR Current placeholder images must be replaced. Each slide must display a single PNG product image. Use the same PNG assets already designed for the updated Homepage, displayed larger in the slider. The slider must loop automatically every 1.5 seconds. Transitions should be simple and clean with no heavy effects. Each slider image must be clickable. Clicking an image must route to its corresponding Product Category page. Click behavior must match the Homepage pill buttons exactly. ================================================== SEARCH EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENTS Search must provide real-time auto-suggestions as the user types. Search results must appear when users enter partial or full item numbers. Search results must also work for keywords, categories, and tags. Suggestions should surface matching products and also include related categories or tagged items when applicable. ================================================== TECHNICAL NOTES Platform is WordPress using Elementor. No redesign required. Freelancer should be comfortable with Elementor styling, responsive layouts, and improving search behavior using plugins or light custom logic.
