Truck Union TMS Development

I need a complete, production-ready web-based Transport Management System tailored for a truck union. The goal is to let the union publish trips online, assign them digitally and give every registered transporter a clear way to check in, accept or reject work from any device. Core workflow • Trip scheduling must live in its own module: the system should build an initial timetable automatically, yet allow a dispatcher to step in with a manual override at any point. Whenever a change is made, the affected transporters should receive an instant notification (email, push or SMS—open to your recommendation). • Secure access is essential. A straightforward username-and-password login is all that’s required; no social or two-factor layers for now, but the architecture should leave room for future expansion. • Job allocation needs to feel live. Transporters should see real-time status updates as loads move from “pending” to “accepted”, “in transit” and “delivered”. Dispatchers must also be able to set custom job priority levels so urgent cargo floats to the top of every dashboard. What I expect to receive – A responsive web application built with a modern stack (Laravel, Django, Node, or similar—happy to discuss) – Separate dashboards for union admins and transporters – Clean, well-documented code, a short setup guide and deployment to our cloud account – A brief hand-over session so the in-house team can manage users, create trips and adjust priorities without outside help If you’ve delivered similar logistics, fleet or dispatch platforms, let me see a demo link or screenshots and outline how you’d tackle the real-time elements. Looking forward to working together on a system that finally gives our dispatchers and drivers a single pane of glass for every load.
