I run a shuttle service and I’m ready to move our phone-based reservations onto a modern, fully responsive website. The single most important outcome is a smooth online booking flow: a passenger should be able to pick a route, choose a date and time, pay, and instantly receive an automated confirmation. Core requirements • Secure payment processing (credit/debit cards and, if straightforward, PayPal or Stripe). • Automatic email (and ideally SMS) confirmations triggered the moment a transaction clears. • Clean admin dashboard where I can edit schedules, view bookings, issue refunds, and export reports. • Mobile-first design that matches our existing colours and logo. Nice-to-have (not mandatory) If you can also surface real-time seat availability without blowing up the timeline, let me know—otherwise I’m happy to phase that in later. Deliverables 1. Production-ready website deployed to my hosting. 2. Source code (preferably React, Vue, Laravel, or WordPress + custom plugin—open to what you’re most efficient in). 3. Written hand-off guide covering routine tasks such as updating routes, fares, and schedules. Once I see a live demo of the booking and payment flow working end-to-end, we can call the project complete.
