Part-Time Savvy Technical Virtual Assistant with Summit/Virtual Event Experience We have a virtual freelance position open in a growing company, Lead Up Health. We help career moms avoid burnout and step into their feminine power so they can create a life of joy, health and impact. Pay structure: We are looking for someone who offers packages that include a 3-installment plan option for project-based work (1/3 payment to start, 1/3 midway and 1/3 once the project is complete). This job is for you if you are: MUSTS: Experienced with doing a summit with interview speakers is a MUST: experience creating web pages and auto-responder emails for virtual events that have a panel of speakers who are interviewed via recorded audio and/or video WordPress expertise is a MUST. Zoom and Zapier expertise is a MUST. We need someone experienced in; blog posting, adding and editing photos and imagery online, creating landing pages with opt-in fields and pop-up dominations, savvy at website aesthetics and inserting video and audio files (along with the proper settings), applying brand guidelines and formatting copy. Optimize and manage SEO on our Kajabi website to a WordPress-comparable standard, including indexing, metadata, internal linking, and evergreen content architecture that builds authority for our primary domain. Must also be familiar with: A/B Testing web pages, setting up strong SEO, calculating and tracking opt-in page conversions through Google Analytics, Pretty Links (or similar), Vimeo, and uploading video (mp4) and audio (mp3). Acceptance criteria: every automated email fires from the correct list and time-stamp, all branded links resolve properly, and the full registration-to-attendance path tests out with no manual intervention required. I’ll supply brand assets, copy, and access to Zoom, WordPress, and Kajabi. Once the setup is complete, a brief Loom walkthrough or PDF SOP will wrap the project.
