I’m building a tech-driven start-up in the entertainment space and I’m looking for a true partner who can take our product from whiteboard concept to live deployment. Your deepest strength should be Mobile App Development, and I have already chosen Flutter with Dart as the core stack so we can ship simultaneously on Android and iOS while keeping one codebase. You’ll be responsible for both the customer-facing front end and the supporting back end, selecting the right cloud services and setting up a pipeline that lets us scale gracefully once the user base starts to grow. From early architecture decisions through ongoing feature releases, this will be your product to shape. Compensation is entirely equity-based to start: 15–20 % of the company, reflecting the importance of the role. Once we close our first funding round, the position converts to a paid stipend in the 35 k–80 k range per month, on top of that equity. No retainer is offered before funding, so I need someone who is comfortable betting on the vision and on their own execution.
