I need a detail-oriented assistant who can keep our support inbox under control while guiding customers through the complete setup and installation of our system. Most messages you handle will arrive by email; your job is to respond quickly, walk users through the documented steps, and make sure every installation is completed without surprises. You will be leaning on our existing knowledge-base articles, screen-sharing when required, and noting any gaps so we can improve the documentation together. Each interaction should be logged in our project tracker so the wider team always knows a customer’s current status. Deliverables • Same-day replies to all new installation-related emails • Clear, step-by-step assistance that gets the software up and running on the customer’s machine • A short daily wrap-up in Trello summarising issues solved, items escalated, and any documentation updates you recommend Fast, friendly, technically confident communication is the key to success in this role.
