I need a small Zapier-compatible app (or private Zapier integration) that continuously syncs two cloud platforms we use for our league operations: • Source: our player membership system, which exposes a REST API with the full roster data • Target: an online gamesheet platform that also offers a webhook-friendly API What must move: only Player profiles and Membership details. Every time a roster change happens I want the information available to the gamesheet system in real-time, not in daily or weekly batches. Core expectations – Build the Zapier app, handle OAuth or token-based authentication for both APIs, and set up triggers/actions so the membership system pushes updates immediately. – Map each relevant field (e.g., player ID, name, birth date, current membership status, division) to the exact schema required by the gamesheet endpoint. – Implement robust error handling and logging so a failed call never silences subsequent updates. – Provide clear installation instructions so a league administrator with basic Zapier knowledge can deploy the integration in our account and clone it for multiple divisions if needed.
