At this point all I’m after are clean, accurate outlines—no intricate internal features or cosmetic flourishes—so the file stays light and easy to tweak as the design evolves. You’ll work from my rough sketches and dimensions (I’ll share these once we start) and return a SolidWorks‐native file ready for tool-path generation. Because the part will be machined from metal, please keep radii, clearances, and any fixturing considerations appropriate for aluminum or mild steel in mind. Deliverables • SolidWorks part or assembly file (.sldprt / .sldasm) reflecting the basic geometry • A quick drawing view or PDF with key overall dimensions called out so I can double-check before CAM I’ll sign off once the file opens without errors in SolidWorks 2022, all dimensions match the sketch, and the geometry is watertight for CNC export.
