Hi, We’re looking for someone who can support us on an ongoing basis with multiple aspects of social media management and content creation. This is not just video editing. We need someone experienced who can: * Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) * Add dynamic captions and improve audio quality * Create strong cover images for each reel * Write engaging captions * Create carousel posts * Select optimized hashtags * Draft high-performing first comments * Help with overall content strategy and consistency Experience is required. We’re looking for someone who understands short-form content, pacing, hooks, and platform-specific optimization. Strong English skills are mandatory — both written and spoken. Clear communication is extremely important. We would also like to schedule regular phone calls to align on content, strategy, and upcoming projects.
