I already run my client data inside Smartsheet and now I want a straightforward set of sheets that behave more like a light CRM. At this stage I only need the essentials: • A clean Sales Pipeline sheet where I can enter leads, move them through stages, and see a quick visual of current deal volume. • A companion Database sheet that stores core company and contact details and stays in sync with the pipeline view. I’m not asking for a full-blown CRM rebuild—just a practical layout, basic formulas, and any simple automation Smartsheet already offers (row moves, reminders, status symbols) so I can start tracking today and improve later. If you know how to link sheets, set up dropdown stages, and create a summary widget in a dashboard, that’s perfect.
