Slow World Travel HOSTING (SWTH) Specifications This project is similar to Airbnb. While Airbnb is people to rent out a home by itself as a one time stay, SWTH is a project as part of a SlowWHEELTravel.com, which we currently operate. I need a website, preferably built with PHP as I used to be a PHP programmer myself. If this is too old-fashioned, let me know. What I need in the website are: Member signup - one for Travellers and one for Hosters. Signing up as a member needs no payment. Log in ID and password should be provided to them. Avoid bot signups. Traveller signups need to pay $50 when they sign up and select a week for a WHEEL travel. Travellers will select a city and a choice of 3 Hosters and their start and end dates. Choices of homes will be a drop-down. Hosters have to be able to upload photos of their various rooms, which their guests can use (bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining, kitchen, can they cook,can they be given meals, etc.). Multiple photos (up to 2-3 photos for each room) can be uploadable. Hosters can “black out their calendar” when they cannot host anybody because they are busy. We need to display a map of each city showing the Hosters' locations so Travellers can see what is available where - similar to an Airbnb map. Travellers can select the dates they want to stay in a property, and after the Hoster confirms their availability to host them (provided no one else has booked those dates), the Traveller will pay the required amount based on our rates. Hosters will upload a short video (1 minute) introducing themselves and showing the rooms available to the guest. Travellers should be able to upload their comments after their stay in words or a 1-minute video. Comments should be approved by the admin. Traveller and Hoster should be able to send each other private notes/messages. Additional blocks will be developed once we have the basic model running. The developer of this module should put it up on my HOSTGATOR account and domain. I need a basic pricing for this, and an idea of what an ongoing development will cost.
