Part-Time GoHighLevel Contractor (20 hrs/week) Remote | Contract Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (US Eastern Time) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and reliable GoHighLevel (GHL) Contractor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and confident using the GoHighLevel platform to onboard clients, manage integrations, support website development, and ensure overall systems functionality. You will be responsible for supporting both the technical onboarding of clients and the development and maintenance of client websites using GoHighLevel’s built-in builder. This is a collaborative role focused on helping us deliver high-quality, consistent digital experiences to our clients. Key Responsibilities Onboard new clients onto the GoHighLevel platform Set up and manage sub-accounts, pipelines, workflows, automations, and integrations Design, build, and maintain websites and landing pages using GoHighLevel Update and manage site content, layout, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO Set up client-facing systems: Invoicing and payment Forms, surveys, appointment bookings Phone and SMS services Troubleshoot technical issues across CRM and website platforms Maintain internal documentation and workflows for repeatable processes Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth implementation and excellent client experiences Qualifications Proven experience using GoHighLevel, including websites and funnels (required) Strong understanding of GHL's website builder and ability to design clean, user-friendly pages Working knowledge of front-end web principles (HTML/CSS is a plus but not required) Familiarity with tools such as Stripe, Zapier, Calendly, Zoom, and Twilio Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management Strong communication skills and ability to work independently during assigned hours Reliable internet and access to a quiet, remote workspace Compensation Part-time: 20 hours per week How to Apply Please submit: Your resume or portfolio A short statement of your experience with GoHighLevel Any relevant case studies or client examples (if available)
