Project Overview Launching a new long-term brand (the specific niche/industry will be provided within 24 hours). We are looking for a Shopify and Web Design expert to create the foundational visual identity and develop an optimized e-commerce store for a catalog of 300+ products. The overall design must be very clean and professional. Important: The website's language and all its content must be entirely in French. 2. Scope of Work The project is divided into the following key stages: - Branding & Logo: Logo design (main, monochrome, favicon). Basic brand guidelines (color palette, typography). Aesthetic: Very clean and modern design. Visuals & AI Image Generation : You must be highly skilled in AI prompt engineering (e.g., NanoBanan, Claude, Gemini...) to generate realistic, high-quality images for the website's assets (mega menu pictures, banners, category covers, meta description, product tiltes etc.). -Mockups & Validation (Pre-development): Creation and presentation of mockups for key pages (Homepage, Collection Page, Product Page, etc.). Strict requirement: No development on Shopify is to begin before my explicit approval of these mockups. I'm expecting 2 to 3 concepts for the design. I don't mind if AI help is used for this. -Shopify Development & Setup: Theme: We initially targeted the "Enterprise" theme. Please advise in your proposal if this is the most relevant choice for a 300+ product catalog, or if themes like "Empire" or "Warehouse" would be more suitable. (The theme license will be provided by us / included in your quote). Navigation: Creation of a mega menu that must integrate realistic AI-generated images. The collection menu structure will be provided; relevant adjustments for UX or SEO can be proposed but require my approval before implementation. SEO-Oriented & User-Friendly: Optimized structure for SEO (H-tags hierarchy, image alt texts, loading speed) and seamless customer journey (100% responsive/mobile-first, clean interface). 3. Required Pages & Features Standard Pages: Home, About Us, Contact, FAQ, Order Tracking. E-commerce: Collection pages, Structured product pages. Legal: Legal Notice, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return Policy (texts will be provided). Technical: Setup of payment gateways and shipping zones/rates. 4. Expected Deliverables Source files for the logo (.AI/.EPS and .PNG/.SVG). Approved page mockups. Finalized, tested Shopify store (test orders completed), ready for launch. 5. Application Requirements To apply, please include the following in your proposal: Your expert opinion on the best theme to use (Enterprise, Empire, Warehouse, or other) for our 300+ products catalog.
