I’m putting together a small, nimble content team for FanalMag and need an experienced editorial lead who can own our SEO-driven publishing workflow from pitch to publish. The core of the role is editing and optimizing long-form articles about how AI is reshaping life, work, and culture. Here’s what success looks like: every story you touch reads crisply, ranks well, and sparks genuine reader engagement. You will manage a handful of writers, refine their drafts for voice and clarity, and use Yoast SEO inside WordPress to make sure each piece is fully optimized. Content optimization is the priority—keyword research and link-building support already exist, so your focus is tightening structure, improving readability, and aligning on-page elements with best practices. We already work in Google Docs, Notion, Grammarly, and, when helpful, ChatGPT, so comfort with those tools is essential. If you have fresh ideas on headline testing, audience insights, or creative ways to visualize data, I’d love to hear them.
