I’m looking for a seasoned Python engineer who can own the entire data-analysis layer of my product while keeping our current tech stack—PHP services, SQL stores, and several third-party APIs—running smoothly. Here’s what I need: • Build and refine Python-based data pipelines that pull from our PHP endpoints, SQL tables, and external APIs, then transform and surface insights that business users can act on. • Review the structure of our existing MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, introduce best-practice indexing and normalization, and create automated maintenance scripts so the data layer remains fast and reliable. • Expose clean, well-documented REST or GraphQL endpoints where other teams can consume the processed analytics. • Deliver clear notebooks, visual reports, or dashboards that demonstrate findings and can be extended by in-house analysts. • Create a lightweight test suite and CI hooks so every future schema or logic tweak is caught early. • Provide knowledge-transfer sessions and concise hand-off docs so my team can iterate confidently once your engagement ends. I already have production databases in place, so you’ll be managing and optimizing those rather than starting from scratch. Expect access to existing PHP backend code, SQL dumps, and API keys the moment we kick off. If deep Python data wrangling, SQL optimization, and seamless API integration are your strengths, let’s get started.
